Following on from changes to ways of working, post-pandemic, many organisations have now adopted a hybrid approach to working, with many people now working virtually full or part time. Whilst the fundamentals of management remain the same we need to be more intentional in how to get the best results from the whole team and ensure communication and collaboration don’t suffer. This virtual programme will provide tangible tools to enable managers to develop high performing teams and the leadership capabilities that work best for a hybrid environment. Sessions will be interactive and provide practical tools for managers to go away and utilise with their teams. It will also provide an opportunity for self-reflection and peer to peer networking.
