It has become recognised as a valued, and scientifically proven, technique in reducing stress, increasing focus and improving communication flow in the workplace.  The impact of which, whether used formally or informally, enables individuals to gain better control of their emotions, demonstrate increased empathy and improve performance.   • Exploring the link between mindfulness & stress reduction
  • Recognising stress triggers & the impact of stress
  • The difference between formal & informal mindfulness practice
  • Practice of specific mindfulness meditation techniques of breathing and the body scan
  • Mindfulness of emotions and using noting in mindfulness practice
  • How to incorporate mindfulness into daily life
  • Practice of informal mindfulness techniques such as mindful eating
  • Identifying strategies for incorporating mindfulness into daily life
  • How to be more mindful when communicating by demonstrating openness, empathy and compassion
  • Full 10 minute led mediation practice
