The session was good in terms of being relaxed and fun. The trainer was very approachable and put the group at ease quickly. I found the trainer really engaging on the programme and found it eye-opening. Even when I was having a bad day they managed to keep me engaged and learning. I think the course has really benefited me and hope I continue to practise some of the techniques they taught me and continue working with colleagues from other departments.

I must say that I was surprised to find that it had been 1 year since our first session. In that time, I believe I have grown as a person and as a manager. The trainer was great for getting us going, they encouraged the whole room to input throughout the day.
